The pop queens from America and Spain reunited for an amazing feature to bless the first weeks of 2021. “Lo Vas A Olvidar” is a heartbreak ballad, smooth but dark, with passionate singing. You can easily feel Billie’s haunting atmosphere, highly influencing the usual musical genre Rosalia usually goes for. It’s safe to say this tune, produced by Billie Eilish’s brother Finneas, is very different from the radio hits we are used to. But it’s incredibly satisfying to listen to.

Dayglow – Close to You
Dayglow, from his real name Sloan Struble, couldn’t wait too long to drop new music 2021. He released his new song “Close to You” on January 11th. This brand new artist from Texas truly rose all alone to the top of the pyramid of the music industry last year, with his talent as only baggage. We love his dreamy yet rousing songs such as “Can I Call You Tonight?” and “Hot Rod”. Dayglow delivers different material each time but the smooth and out of the world vibes remain the same. His parallel universe got him over 5.7 millions monthly listeners on Spotify, which is doomed to increase further every day with the brand new “Close to You”.

You’ve never heard of this aussie band right ? It’s crazy to think they are just starting out in the music industry because their debut singles are incredibly good ! As I said in the intro, lockdown has increased the creativity of certain artists tenfold because it looks like this band started posting during the first global lockdown. Mark their name down and save their songs in your playlist, because we have a feeling they’re gonna get big soon.
